Quiet Season Special (November thru March)-
Your fourth consecutive mid-week night is free, Sunday thru Thursday, excluding holidays.
Year Round Special-
Stay seven consecutive nights to receive 10% off your entire stay, holidays excluded.

MINIMUM STAY
May through September (peak season):
4 night minimum stay required on advance reservations,
unless only a shorter stay is open.
Holidays: 4 night minimum stay required.
ADVANCE RESERVATIONS
A credit card guarantee is required on all bookings, with payment upon arrival. In addition we require a deposit to cover the first night on reservations booked more than 6 months ahead. The balance is paid upon arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations subject to a $25 fee. Please give us at least 30 days notice (60 days for stay of 4 or more nights, or multiple cabins) to avoid a charge of 50% if the dates we held for you do not re-book. Full charge on any reservation change or cancellation less than 7 days before arrival.

3 to 6 pm, or by arrangement.
