The Yosemite River Cabin is located just 5 miles from the Highway 120 west entrance to Yosemite,
at the Big Oak Flat Gate. In close proximity to all the natural wonders of Yosemite National Park,
but a world apart from busy Yosemite Valley. This beautiful property sits along the banks
of the Tuolumne River, with over 300 feet of river frontage, a large level yard with plenty of parking, and is surrounded by huge, aromatic pines, with plenty of wide open space for star gazing.
This lovely vacation home is ideal for 2 to 6 guests (including children). It features 3 small bedrooms, two each with a queen bed and armoire, and the third bed room has a double bed as well as a stacking washer/dryer. The bathroom is all tile, complete with a full size tub/shower combo. The beautifully remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and features granite counters, a farmhouse sink, 4 burner range with oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc.
The comfy living room includes a TV screen with a DVD library (no television reception).

Rate Detail: $395.00 peak season, down to $295.00 low season, per night, plus 12% tax.

Reservations can be booked on-line year 'round: Yosemite River Cabin
The Yosemite River Cabin is open year 'round and will accommodate up to 6 guests, including children.
Three night minimum stay is required on advance reservations during 'peak season', Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, as well as other holiday periods, unless only a shorter stay is open.
Last Minute Availability: The minimum stay requirement may be flexible in the event of a 'last minute' opening.

Deposit & Payment:
A deposit covering your first night is charged at the time of booking. The balance is charged 2 months prior to arrival, or if less than 2 months ahead, the full amount is charged at the time of booking.
Rates at the Yosemite River Cabin are based on up to 4 guests. Add $25 per night for each additional guest.
There is a one-time cleaning fee of $125 plus 10% tax, per visit at the Yosemite River Cabin.
Guests are expected to leave the cabin in the same general condition as they found it.
Cancellation or Reservation Change:
All cancellations subject to $50 minimum fee for cancellation or reservation change.
Less than 60 days results in a 50% charge, less than 14 days no refund.
Check-in time 4 pm or later.

Vacation Home Check-out Procedures:
Please wash and put away your dishes
Strip the sheets and pillow cases from all used beds
Place all used linens and used towels in the laundry area
Place all garbage and recycling in the garage receptacles
NO SMOKING in our buildings or on our grounds please!

Unfortunately we are not able to accept pets. We understand pets are part of the family and love vacations as we all do,
so we are happy to recommend 'Big Creek Boarding' right outside Groveland, about 25 minutes from us.
If your pooch can find accommodations elsewhere, we would love to have you to stay with us!

Pets are allowed in Yosemite National Park, but to keep pets and Yosemite wildlife protected there are several important regulations.In Yosemite, pets are allowed on fully paved bike paths and roads, on a leash 6 feet or shorter. Pets cannot be left unattended. Unattended pets in Yosemite National Park can be attacked by local wildlife, so keep them with you. Pet owners are also responsible for making sure that their pet does not damage the park, pollute water sources or endanger or injure any wildlife. Please be a responsible pet owner and clean up after your pet.Pets are NOT allowed on hiking trails, except for the Meadow Loop and Four Mile fire roads in Wawona, on the Carlson Road, and on the Old Big Oak Flat Road between Hodgdon Meadow and Hazel Green Creek.
